Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of Learning Management System (LMS) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting the adoption of our cutting-edge LMS platform within the education and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for LMS solutions, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify target markets and devise a sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and position the LMS solution to meet their unique needs.
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of our LMS platform, features, and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in e-learning technology.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess client needs and articulate how our LMS solution can provide value. Showcase the scalability, customization, and efficiency gains offered by our platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & sales support team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Customize proposals to address specific client requirements and challenges.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer demands in the e-learning space. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in selling software solutions or technology products.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technology.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to changes in product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
