We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiatives for both brand development and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, brand building, and partnerships, with a proven track record of achieving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing for Brand:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving follower growth.

2. Marketing for Sales:

• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Use expertise in digital marketing to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
• Align marketing strategies to support the sales pipeline and business growth goals.

3. Team Leadership:

• Oversee a team of two marketing professionals, guiding them in their roles and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

4. Event Coordination:

• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
• Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage both internal teams and external partnerships.
• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who can own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—and drive revenue growth by selling Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive the sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with consulting services to enterprises.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Data Leaders, etc.) to pitch solutions effectively.
• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Account Management:

• Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and offering tailored solutions.

New Business Acquisition:

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Identify potential opportunities in banking, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
• Collaborate with marketing & presales teams to create compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.

Market & Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and automation.
• Understand competitor offerings and differentiate AION TECH’s value proposition.
• Work closely with product & technical teams to address client queries effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales / enterprise sales, preferably in data analytics or BI solutions.
• Strong experience in selling software licenses (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
• A self-starter with high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The primary focus of this role will be to generate self-sourced leads in the SMB and Enterprise segments for the Zoom sales track, in line with our goal to build a stronger pipeline for the upcoming FY and drive continuous MRR growth.

Key Objectives of the Role:

• Identify and engage potential SMB and Enterprise customers for Zoom.
• Drive self-generated leads to supplement our existing sales pipeline.
• Leverage Lusha access and personal database to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Support the Sales team with active, high-potential leads/meetings.
