About the ATS Business Intelligence Department:
The Customer Success & Software Solutions Department ensures customers maximize value from software investments through adoption, renewals, upsell opportunities and long-term relationships. The team collaborates with sales, delivery and technical experts to improve customer outcomes.
We specialize in leveraging advanced analytics tools—including Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms—to build scalable dashboards, automate reporting processes, and uncover trends that guide performance improvement and innovation.
Our team works collaboratively with departments across ATS to identify data needs, design impactful BI solutions, and ensure data governance and integrity. With a strong focus on data-driven culture, the BI Department is a central hub for analytics excellence within ATS.
Role Overview:
Manage strategic customer accounts, drive renewals and growth while acting as the primary customer advocate.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise customer relationships.
- Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor software adoption and customer health.
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams.
- Travel across India for customer engagement.
- What We Are Looking For
- 6–10 years in software account management/customer success.
- Strong B2B communication skills.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel.
