Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualization.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize Tableau performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tableau dashboards and data sources.

Qualifications

• Candidates from all the branches of B.E/B/Tech are eligible.
• Candidate are allowed a maximum of one-year gap in education (after 10th standard till completion of graduation)
• Candidate must be Indian citizens
• Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa
• All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India(OCI) or Person of India Origin(PIO) card to work in India
• Candidates who have worked with us before (if any) must disclose the details to the company HR.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Server Certified Professional are a plus. Strong experience on Design, Development, Unit Testing of the DataStage code.
